Sugar Toof

Sugar Toof, LLC, a Filipino-inspired bakery founded by Kate and Joe Zecchin in March 2021, faced a setback when a fire in August 2023 led to its closure. Despite this challenge, Kate and Joe continued their operations from Kitchen@812, a kitchen incubator in San Pablo, California, while they worked on rebuilding their business.

Sugar Toof is known for its delectable array of cookies, cakes, and a unique blend of Filipino and Italian dishes.

During their time at the commissary kitchen, Kate and Joe have been tirelessly searching for a new permanent location. The journey has been arduous, with the need to start from scratch, but after several months of negotiations, numerous transactions, and a few setbacks, they are thrilled to announce that they have secured the perfect new location in their home town of Hercules, California.
