Edward Jones, owner of Wonder Philly fell in love with cooking by watching his mother in the kitchen. As an adult he went on to work at a restaurant where he studied the art of cooking and was inspired to start his own food business. Through FTHF loans and outside grants, today Edward owns and operates Wonder Philly trailer pop-ups and and a food trick that serves the Bay Area, CA.
