A woman in California dreams of one day being able to feed her children the cantaloupe which she picks daily and is unable to afford. A woman in Hawaii dreams of owning a chicken farm which will provide eggs and chickens to sell to her community in a state where 80% of its food is imported and 85% of the food it produces is exported.. A woman in Inner Mongolia dreams of being the first in her village to send her children to school. A man in Liberia who was once a disabled beggar, dreams of completing his computer classes and attending the university and a woman in Liberia dreams of opening a glass bead business and training former sex workers to manufacture the beads.
Feed The Hunger Foundation exists to help these dreams come true and to help others dare to dream.
We exist to eliminate poverty by providing loans to those who dream of creating a better life for themselves, strengthening their families, and rebuilding their communities. They dream of a life lived in dignity.
FTHF believes in giving to those who have less, so that they in turn may give to others, allowing us all to live in dignity.
